Rock and Roll from Brooklyn, NY

Ghost is dedicated to lost friends and family, to the people fighting on the front lines, and to the survivors carrying on everywhere.

Funny and sad like a trainwreck full of clowns, Don Paris Schlotman (Brooklyn, NY) sings and plays his own style of psychedelic blues rock.

Former bass player in heavy psych-rock band Toshio, singer/guitarist in wavegaze rock band Dolphins Don't Love, synth/bass in Brian Bonz & The Major Crimes, and is a co-founding singer/bassist of defunct post-apocalyptic sc-fi band The Sky Captains of Industry.

Born in a freak accident, the seventh son of a lightning bolt and a mountain lion, Don plays music the way some people fall down, and falls down the way some people play music.

"Ever concerned with the complex and often under-considered relationships between man and woman, humanity and nature, and the ego and eternity, Hardest of Hearts is thinking man's songwriting in its purest form.... About as low-key as it gets, this record is recommended for all sad bastards and science geeks alike. A slow burner filled with mournfully atmospheric electric guitar and even some spoken poetry here and there, Hardest of Hearts, for all its dark preoccupations, ultimately carries with it a strange and eccentric affirmation."
